We're a young company based in Cosenza, building software on Microsoft technologies. Our name says what we do: reengineering systems and processes that no longer work.

Why we're called Reengineering
Reengineering means starting from what already exists: a company's processes, the software it uses, the data it produces. We figure out what works, what slows people down and what nobody uses anymore, then rebuild the system so it's simple to use and easy to evolve. That's why we chose the name: it's the work we do every day.
Our starting point
The problems we run into most often
When a company gets in touch, it's usually dealing with at least one of these situations:
- Software that grew one addition at a time, full of features nobody uses
- Monolithic applications that are hard to change and risky to release
- The same data typed in by hand into systems that don't talk to each other
- Processes still running on spreadsheets, emails and paper documents
In these cases, adding yet another feature isn't enough: the system needs rethinking. That's what we mean by reengineering.
What we do
Software, consulting and skills
We build cloud-native applications on .NET and Microsoft Azure, integrate artificial intelligence into business processes and support companies in their technical choices. We also develop and maintain LuxyTime, our management software for the jewelry sector, and through the Reengineering Academy we help new talent grow together with the University of Calabria.
