Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead
We're looking for an experienced developer to join our team full-time on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid position — primarily remote with two in-office days per week in Cosenza to support collaboration and team integration.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience building modern web applications (SPA/PWA) with ASP.NET Core and C#
- Strong command of relational databases, especially Microsoft SQL Server
- Proficiency in .NET 6 or newer
- Proven ability to lead development teams and solve complex technical problems
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
Bonus skills
- Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud platforms
- Knowledge of containerization (e.g. Docker)
- Exposure to NoSQL databases
- Solid working knowledge of English
