A global company recognized for excellence in manufacturing high-performance tires, with over a century of history and a presence in more than 160 countries, is one of the most technologically advanced Italian industrial groups. As part of an Industry 4.0 roadmap, the company began renewing its IT infrastructure and internal auditing systems, choosing a custom management solution.
The Challenge
Traceability and control at industrial scale
In highly technology-intensive industrial settings, controlling the IT and OT devices installed in production plants requires precision, speed and scalability. Before the project, inventory and audit activities relied on non-centralized, partly manual tools, negatively affecting operating times and data consistency.

Digitalizing IT inventory and internal audits
Two fully custom software platforms were designed and built, able to communicate with each other and with the existing infrastructure systems.
